Meet Jo\u00e3o Carvalho, an athlete who has shown that with dedication we can achieve and surpass our goals! He already has completed 272.2 Km<\/strong> for his individual goal in the Xod\u00f3 Challenge<\/strong> and we still have a long way to go before the end of the challenge!     I participated in 4 editions so far.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    1. Did you enjoy participating in the Run4aChild initiative?<\/strong>
      I loved it! I want to continue participating.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      1. Tell us about your personal experience in the Run4aChild challenge. <\/strong>
        Running for children is certainly a great source of inspiration. I really enjoy running, so it has been easy so far.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
        1. How\/what did you feel when you completed a challenge? <\/strong>
          I feel that I can keep running even more and testing my limits with every new challenge to help those who need it the most.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          1. Do you think Run4aChild had\/has a positive impact in your life?<\/strong>
            My life is happy and joyful, knowing that I can participate and help.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
            1. Were there any changes in your lifestyle thanks to your participation?<\/strong>
              I feel really grateful to be able to help those in need and for a great cause. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              1. What is your biggest motivation to join this cause?<\/strong>
                Seeing a child\u2019s smile is a blessing.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                1. Would you recommend taking part in the initiative to anyone?<\/strong>
                  Of course.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                  1. Do you have any advice for Run4aChild future runners?<\/strong>
                    Let\u2019s embrace more causes and make more children happy.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      Whenever it’s possible for me, I will want to participate.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
