Helping others by running and knowing that my kms are good for something makes really motivated. I always push myself even further, so in a way these challenges have even helped me and my performance.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li><strong>What is your opinion about these challenges?<\/strong><br>I think that this&nbsp;CSR&nbsp;initiative is excellent.&nbsp;You encourage the practice of&nbsp;exercising&nbsp;by doing good to those who participate&nbsp;and&nbsp;doing good to others&nbsp;in need.&nbsp;Other companies&nbsp;should&nbsp;follow this initiative as an&nbsp;example.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>Do you identify with the cause for which we run\/walk?<\/strong><br>I can identify a lot&nbsp;to all causes.&nbsp;Helping&nbsp;these causes&nbsp;by participating in the challenges&nbsp;is a&nbsp;big motivation for me.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li><strong>Do you think Run4aChild has changed your daily habits and life in general for the better?<\/strong><br>It hasn&#8217;t changed&nbsp;my lifestyle,&nbsp;but it has&nbsp;definitely&nbsp;optimized&nbsp;it.&nbsp;Like I mentioned, I also push myself further and further&nbsp;because&nbsp;helping&nbsp;the causes&nbsp;are worth it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\"><li><strong>What do you think will be your biggest motivation to continue participating and running?<\/strong><br>The biggest motivation is to be able to help by doing something so simple and so accessible&nbsp;and in this way change someone&#8217;s life.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"7\"><li><strong>Is running your favorite form of exercise or do you practice other types of exercise?<\/strong><br>I practice other exercises&nbsp;too, I am very active&nbsp;but running will always be my favorite!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"8\"><li><strong>Do you have any technique to get less tired and run more kms?<\/strong><br>The best technique is this&nbsp;one:&nbsp;complete challenge after challenge,&nbsp;which will lead to more training and&nbsp;every time it will&nbsp;get&nbsp;easier.&nbsp;Put in the work&nbsp;and keep pushing.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"9\"><li><strong>Do you usually run in specific areas or do you like to try new ones<\/strong>?<br>I run in mixed areas, but the&nbsp;mountainous areas are&nbsp;are my favorite place.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"10\"><li><strong>How many times on average do you run per week?<\/strong><br>Per week,&nbsp;I run every day! Makes my weeks happier&nbsp;\ud83d\ude04.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"959\" src=\"https:\/\/www.run4achild.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-10-11-at-11.25.50-1-2-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-591\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ana&#8217;s last race happened on the 1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;of October, the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/my.atrp.pt\/evento\/483\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GRANDE TRAIL SERRA D\\&#8217;ARGA<\/a>\u201d, where Ana classified as 1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;in the women\u2019s\u00b4 division and 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;in the overall ranking.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congrats Ana, you are an inspiration to us all.
