Here are 6 tips useful Tips to help you and to make exercise more enjoyable.
Have fun in your runs and walks 😊

Tip 1 – Start off Slow – This is not a race, so start slow and hold the rhythm.
Tip 2 – Wear good running shoes – If there is a thing that is worth doing in life is to buy good running shoes!
Tip 3 – Food is your friend but not your bestie – In order to feel good, don’t eat too much before running and try to eat fruits or vegetables.
Tip 4 – Never stretch cold muscles – Warm up first and then stretch!
Tip 5 – Breath easy – Breathing is the most important part about running, so make sure you do it slow.
Tip 6 – Don’t obsess about speed – As we said before, this is not a race. So, unless you are running the 100 meters in the olympics, you can take it easy!
